		<description>interesting article in qi gong.  during my kung fu training i od learn qi gong principles  such as iron shirt and iron palm.  It was just basic training.  I didnt dare go through more advanced- lets say lifting exercises.

Hoever the combination og Qigong into my kung fu training improved it immeasurably. I believe it a crucial part of you training</description>
